ABOUT THE PRACTICE

JPMC was established in 2012 with the aim of providing quality health care services to the community of Jimboomba and surrounding areas. Our philosophy supports accessible and efficient patient-centred care. The practice provides all general practice services, general nursing, mental health, Indigenous health as well as some specialist and allied health services.

Our facilities include six consult rooms, a well-equipped treatment room and in-house pathology. Our comfortable reception area houses important health information for our patients. We are wheelchair accessible, co-located with Jimboomba Chempro Pharmacy.

We are pleased to announce that we are fully accredited as per RACGP guidelines since 20/02/2013. This means that our practice adheres with all the guidelines in terms of patient care as advised by the Royal Australian College of General Practice.

We have listened to your feedback and we are working on improving our services.

  • We are exploring how we can extend our opening hours to provide appointments later in the evening.
  • We have increased the seating capacity of our waiting area by providing more chairs spread across three sections of our facility.
  • We have introduced “Safe Communication in Health Care” in our front-desk staff training schedule for a better patient experience.
